The ICE Breaker Triathlon

Saturday, April 11, 2026 | Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA The ICE Breaker Triathlon was first held in 2000 as part of TBF Training's Triathlon Class. In 2002 the event was opened to the public and is now in its 23rd year and is known as the best way to start your Triathlon racing season! The races will take place at Folsom Lake. The swim will be in the lake with temperatures in the 60's. The bike course is on roads closed to traffic. The run courses will be scenic and enjoyable along the beautiful shoreline of Folsom Lake. Included for each athlete is a swim cap, athlete goody bag, hot post-race meal, and a pair of ICE Breaker Triathlon socks.
