Folsom Lake International Triathlon

Saturday, May 9, 2026 | Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA The Folsom Lake International Triathlon started in 2012. The race is sanctioned by USA Triathlon and takes place at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake, with a 1.5K lake swim, 40K scenic road bike on country roads and a challenging 10K trail run. The Olympic-distance Triathlon and Aquabike are sanctioned by USA Triathlon, requiring an annual or one-day license with USAT. Included for each competitor is a swim cap, post race refreshments and custom Folsom Lake Triathlon Runners Hat. Commemorative Folsom Lake International Triathlon race t-shirts are available for $20 when ordered before May 4th. We will be offering a 6-day special from August 25th, when the registration opens, until August 31st - with registration for the olympic-distance Triathlon at $120. Reduced from $150. The race will be limited to 300 athletes in 2026.
