BOG JOG 5K

Join us for the Irish Bog Jog 5K on Saturday, March 14th, 2026 at the Regalia Shopping Center . The event is hosted by the Memphis Irish Society with Bog & Barley Irish Pub being the presenting sponsor. The race includes: t-shirts, finisher's medals and awards for overall and age group winners. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, we think you will enjoy the fast, flat course course winding the through beautiful neighborhoods such as Kirby Woods and River Oaks. Bring your friends and come join in the fun for this first annual event. After the race, enjoy authentic Irish music, food, and drink. Please Bring your ID.
