Now in its 13th year, West Fight On has raised $2.4 million for free cancer services benefiting more than 16,000 people in our community. West Fight On is Memphis’ largest cancer survivor event featuring three different cycling routes— 20, 40 and 60 mile — a 5K run/walk, and a one-mile tribute walk. Come celebrate survivors and their caregivers! Whether you come for the Survivor ceremony, the moment of silence honoring those we’ve lost to cancer, the moving bagpiper serenade or the festive family friendly atmosphere complete with music, food, Kid's Zone, Kid's Bike Parade, photo booth, ice cream and more – there’s something for everyone!
