Empower the Exceptional 5k & Fun Run

This is our 8th annual Superhero 5k and Fun Run AND it's our 10 year anniversary as a non-profit organization! Help us celebrate by joining us to empower individuals with disabilities in our local community and abroad! Registration includes either a timed 5k or untimed 1 mile fun run (both accessible courses!), plus a t-shirt with our superhero logo on it! (T-shirt guaranteed if registered by September 1, 2025) Some of your favorites will be returning this year! Costume & Team Prizes Door Prizes Race/Fun Run Buddies Medals with handmade lanyards from Kenya for those who place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in their age group Reminders: Both our 5k and Fun Run courses are wheelchair accessible A 15% discount will be applied to groups of 5 or more Early packet pick-up will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025 at Fleet Feet Memphis All proceeds of this event will benefit Exceptional Connections International- our nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower people with disabilities in under-resourced communities around the world
