Traverse Mountain Half Marathon

Traverse Mountain is well known along the Wasatch Front. Also referred to as point of the mountain. Traverse Mountain offers incredible views of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains as well as incredible shopping and entertainment. This race will take you through all of it. Starting in the heart of Highland City you will be treated to spectacular views of Lone Peak, Box Elder, and Timpanogos mountains. You will then make your way across a huge pedestrian bridge meant to connect these trails with the heart of the city. Reach Shadow Ridge Park and your journey is half way complete. Turn around and make your way back with equally rewarding views of the mountains and city once more. Traverse Mountain Half Marathon utilizes the Murdock Canal Trail and Utah Rail Trail. These trails offer an amazing experience on pavement without having to cross roads or share the right of way with vehicles.
