Back again for the 2026 edition, the Juneteenth Half Marathon & 10K takes us along the entirety of the storied Civil War Defenses of Washington Trail ( Trail Map PDF ). this 'proper' trail run (i.e. dirt + elevation ;-) has two distance options:
