ABOUT THE RACE Trident Multisport was established in 2012 with the idea of bringing quality multisport events to our local area and has worked hand and hand with DQ Events and their staff for over the last 11 years. We have established some high quality, fun, safe events that include the Phoenix Sprint, the Survival of the Mills, and the Brookville Olympic/Sprint. PACKET PICKUP / REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS Registration is digital. There are no paper applications nor is cash accepted. Everyone must sign up online. Online registration closes at the start of the race. Please have the following items easily accesible to maintain the efficiency and speed of Packet Pickup: Required: Athletes may only pick up their own packets. Under no circumstances may an athlete pick up a packet for another person.Required: Proof of ID Required for Annual Members Only: USAT Membership ID Optional: Email Confirmation Bar Code per registrant (Printed or Digital) to scan WHERE AND WHEN The race will take place on Sunday, June 14, 2026 - 7:00 a.m. sharp. All events start and finish at Manahawkin Lake Park III, Manahawkin, NJ 08050 SWAG T-Shirts to first 200 entriesCustom Finishers Medal to all multisport finishers ITINERARY Saturday NO Pre-Race packet pickup. Please arrive with enough time race morning to get packet. Sunday 5:30 - 6:50 am - Check-in, Packet Pickup, and Race-Day Registration both paper (cash only) and online if available (prices increased)6:45 am - Pre-race briefing at Transition Area, after the briefing we will require ALL SWIMMERS to cross over the Swim timing mat before we can start the race7:00 am - Races start (waves based on # of entrants)9:30 am - Post-Race Party, Refreshments, & Awards Ceremony at ManaFirkin Brewing Co. POST-RACE PARTY & AWARDS CEREMONY 9:30 am - There will be a party & awards ceremony at ManaFirkin Brewing Co. with drink specials. Food/ snacks will also be provided. The brewery is less than one mile from the Race Site. Manafirkin has a large outdoor area where the awards and food will be. Directions: ManaFirkin Brewing Co. 450 E Bay Ave, Manahawkin, NJ 08050 DISTANCES Stafford Township is located just minutes from beautiful Long Beach Island. Come down, race, and enjoy a nice weekend on the white sandy beaches of LBI before summer gets into full swing. The Stafford Race course is flat and fast. The swim is in a deep fresh water lake. The bike course will be fast and is freshly paved and smooth (when the bridge construction is complete, we hope to add it back to the bike course). The run takes you along the lake road through the quiet neighborhood of Deer Lake Park. The run is an out and back course so you can keep an eye on and track down your competition. You don't want to miss this event. Triathlon Distances 1/4 mile Swim, 12 mile Bike, & 5k Run Duathlon Distances 2 mile Run, 12 mile Bike, & 5k Run Aquabike Distances 1/4 mile Swim & 12 mile Bike AWARDS No double-dipping or duplicate awards, awards may vary based on event, category, attendance, etc. Triathlon Awards & Divisions Overall: Top 3 Male & Female Overall Individuals Age Group*: Top 3 Male & Female Individuals in the Age Group Division14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & Over Clydesdale* & Athena*: Top 3 Male(220+ lbs) & Female(165+ lbs) Individuals in the Clydesdale/Athena Division* You can either compete in the Age Group, Clydesdale, or Athena Open division. If you are not already a member, when registering for each individual event you will be prompted to become a member and pay the respective membership fee. This means before, during, and after the event. This also means from the time you remove your bike from the rack at the start of the bike leg, until after you have placed your bike on the rack at the finish of the bike leg.Verbal or physical abuse of others is not acceptable or tolerated. Participants shall refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct at all times while at the event and during competition, including the use of abusive language; violent acts; intentional misconduct; or any intimidating behavior directed toward, including but not limited to participants, officials, event staff, volunteers and spectators.
