Heroes for Hope 5K Run/Walk

Unleash your inner hero at Child Enrichment’s Heroes for Hope 5K Run/Walk! Join us on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 8 AM at Mill Village Trailhead on the Augusta Canal for a fun, family-friendly event. Dress up as your favorite superhero and participate in the 5K or the Kids' Fun Run (ages 10 and under). Don’t miss the costume contest for kids and adults! Packet pick-up is April 17th, 4–6 PM at Child Enrichment or race day, 6:30–7:30 AM at Mill Village Trailhead. Awards for the Heroes for Hope 5K: Top 3 Overall: Prizes for the top three male and female finishers.Age Group Awards: Recognizing the top male and female finishers in each age group: 15 & Under16-1920-2425-2930-3435-3940-4445-4950-5455-5960-6465-6970 and above Kids' Fun Run Awards: All participants in the Kids' Fun Run will receive a medal. Best Costume Awards: Special prizes for the best-dressed kid, adult and pet superheroes! Celebrate your heroic finish and achievements! Your support helps provide free therapy and advocacy for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or trafficking in the CSRA. Since 1978, we’ve served over 31,000 children, including 1,637 in 2024–2025. Be a hero for local kids!
