Fur Love for Vets

Join us for Fur Love for Vets! We will be donating a portion of our proceeds to Train a Dog Save a Warrior (TADSAW). We will be enjoying a 5k and 10k along the Augusta Canal and the Savannah River. For the safety of all participants, we request that dogs brought to this event are non-reactive to people, dogs and wildlife. Dogs displaying fearful or aggressive behavior will be asked to leave. All dogs must be on a fixed leash (no flexi/extended leashes). What: 5k or 10k When: 10k starts at 9 a.m. and 5k starts at 9:15 a.m. Where: Lake Olmstead Trailhead, 1 Milledge Rd., Augusta, GA (This location is dog, stroller, and family friendly. If you bring your dog, please clean up after them.) Price: $30 through October 1, 2026 then $35 through race day Chip Timed with awards based on Gun Times Finisher medals and shirts will be ordered on October 1, 2026 and those that register after this date are not guaranteed a medal or shirt.
