Conn Cougar 5K

This event is designed for everyone! Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or a walker, our 5K is open to participants of all fitness levels and ages. Bring the whole family and make it a day of shared accomplishments. Join our diverse community for a day of health, wellness, and good times as we run through the Woodcrest/Belvidere Park communities! Festivities will continue at Tap Yard after the race.
