Chupacabra Trail Run

Race #4 in the Wild Thangs Trail Series Welcome to the Wild Thangs Trail Series! We are excited to introduce a new trail series to the beautiful mountains around Huntsville, AL. This series is designed for both new and experienced trail runners alike. There are 4 races total in the series with both short and long race distances. Starting in June and finishing in August, these 4 races are designed to be competitive, help runners increase their race distances through the hot summer months, and most of all be a ton of fun. These courses are spectator friendly especially when compared to other trail events. There are several bluff views with beautiful mountain scenery as well as creek crossings, water falls and more Several aid stations will be provided on the course with everything from water, Gatorade, coke, pretzels, m&m's, granola bars and more. You must have a hand held bottle, pack or or reusable cup as there won't be any paper cups at the aid stations to cut down on waste.
