
YMCA Indoor Triathlon

Register now for the Indoor Tri - Spots are limited! From beginners to experienced triathletes, the YMCA indoor triathlon is a great event for everyone. This event is short enough to givebeginners an opportunity to test their endurance while giving experienced triathletes an off-season race. Register today! This is an Indoor Tri with Swim-Bike-Run for a total 55-minute workout. Participants will start with the swim segment, then move to the stationary bike and finish the triathlon on a run on our indoor track. Click here to be a triathlon volunteer! Indoor Triathlon Swim 15 minutes in lap poolBike 20 minutes on an Air Dyne bike in our gymRun 20 minutes on our indoor track The combined time for the Swim, Bike and Run is 55 minutes, plus two transitions. There will be up to 6 participants in each Wave. All participants in each Wave will start and finish at the same time, and then progress to the next segment. To participate in this indoor triathlon you must be at least 14 years old on the date of the event. Race ResultsThe results will be posted as both total distance in miles for the three segments and ranked results for each of the three segments, to determine the overall "ranked" finishers. The distance for the swim segment will be determined by the total lengths of the 25 yard pool that participants swim, and converted to a mile distance completed. It's not the fastest but who goes the furthest by total distance.
