Yanmar America 5K

The inaugural Yanmar America Charity 5K will take place on Saturday, June 20th, 2026, at 8:00 AM at the Calhoun City Recreation Department Black and Yellow Park! Participants can walk, jog, or run across the finish line on a fast and flat course that winds around the iconic Black and Gold Park. This event is designed to be fun and accessible for all fitness levels, while raising funds for The Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter! Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or a leisurely stroll, everyone is welcome to join in and support a great cause. Race Day Schedule of Events: *6:45 AM Race Day Registration Opens *7:45 AM Race Day Registration Closes *8:00 AM 5K Start Time *9:15 AM 5K Awards Presentation Pre-Registration Packet Pick up: *Pre-Registration Packet Pick up will be held Friday June 5 at a time & location to be determined in the future. This information will be communicated to pre-registered runners well in advance! Awards: Awards will be given to the following: *Top 3 Overall Male and Top 3 Overall Female Winners *Top Masters Male and Top Masters Female Winners *Top 3 Male & Female in the following Age Categories: 10-Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over Please note, this is a rain or shine event.
