Join Us for the 5th Annual Woodland Creek Memorial Day 5K! This exciting charity event is open to all ages and fitness levels, making it a fun-filled day for the entire family. Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering, we can’t wait to see you there! Supporting a Great Cause All proceeds from the race benefit River Region Trails, a nonprofit dedicated to creating a thriving, active outdoor community in Pike Road. Race Details - Date: Monday, May 31st, 2027 - Start Time: 8:00 AM - Location: 8800 Lodge Dr, Pike Road, AL 36064 - Distance: 3.1 miles (Same course as last year, clockwise from the Lodge) - Cut-Off Time: 1 hour - Raffle: 9AM, followed by the Awards Ceremony Registration & Pricing - $25 through April 20th - $30 through May 22nd - $35 through race day - Registration will CLOSE 15 minutes before the race - Kids 4 & under FREE no need to register T-Shirts & Medals Register by April 20th to be guaranteed a race t-shirt in correct size. After that, shirts are available first come, first serve at the Saturday & Sunday packet pickups. Five-year age brackets for more chances to win! Medals are handcrafted from Woodland Creek woods. NEW FOR 2026: Dog category! Register your pup (same way you'd register yourself or a family member). 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place dogs will receive their own medal and a treat. *It is not a requirement to register your dog. Course: Well-marked with police presence at the entrance outside The Lodge for traffic control and EMS on-site.
