WCRC New Year's Day Hangover Classic: 5k, 10k, Plunge!

THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER AWESOME YEAR!! Stay tuned as we plan for 2027! The WCRC Hangover Classic features both 10K and 5K road races. Both races start simultaneously from the same line and both finish on the same line (with start and finish chip timing). Both courses are flat and fast – entirely on beachfront roads (no beach running). Given the scenic beachfront location, many participants choose to take a post-race ocean plunge to kick off the New Year. Post-Race Party with music, beer, or and plenty of fun at the beach! About the WCRC: The Winner’s Circle Running Club’s New Year’s Day Hangover Classic 10K and 5K Road Races will be run on January 1, 2026, at 11:30 am at Salisbury Beach, MA. Proceeds will benefit the charitable activities, youth and adult running programs of the Winner’s Circle Running Club. The WCRC is a USATF certified, affiliate member of the RRCA and a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, who's goal is to provide equal opportunities for everyone to participate in and contribute to the sport of running - where all are safe, welcome, and have a sense of belonging.
