UCR Glow Run 2026

You are personally invited to join us for our 4th Annual Health, Well-being, and Safety (HWS) Glow Run at UC Riverside. It is an exciting 5K that is open to the entire UCR community, as well as the local community. This year, the event is led by The Well and R’ Healthy Campus. -This 5K is officially timed; however, participants are welcome to either run or walk. -Registration is required before the event date to participate. $5- UCR Students $15-UCR Staff and Faculty $20-Community Members Goals of Glow Run 2026: Create a family-friendly environment to promote physical health and community Encourage participants to learn about the benefits and resources related to physical health Increase awareness and visibility of the HWS Division and its aligned mission to care for the health and well-being of the UCR and local community Use funds from registration to support The Well department to expand and further the impact of their wellbeing strategies and services to the UCR community. Who Are We and What is Our Mission: Health, Well-being & Safety (HWS) is a UCR division made up of nine departments that are dedicated to listening, supporting, and providing UC Riverside students with helpful resources and services for your overall safety and well-being. The Well Department advances health education and promotion at UCR by applying intentional, evidence-informed strategies that foster a culture of holistic well-being. We collaborate to create inclusive and innovative approaches that support the lifelong health of the UCR community.
