Tour de Pain – 3 Races in 24 Hours Jacksonville, Florida Friday, August 1st and Saturday, August 2nd The Tour de Pain features 3 races in 24 hours. You can run all three or just one or two of the races. To qualify for the finishers medal and awards you must run all three events. The Tour de Pain consists of the following: 4 Mile – Friday, August 1st – 6:00 PM – Prominence Business Park - 8900 Prominence Pkwy, Jacksonville, Florida 32256 5K Road Race – Saturday, August 2nd – 7:00 AM – James Weldon Johnson Park - Downtown Road mile – Saturday, August 2nd – Races start at 9 AM - James Weldon Johnson Park – Downtown
