The Summer Sizzle presented by Utica First Insurance

Runners: The Utica First Summer Sizzle is back and hotter than ever in its 38th year! Join in on the fun and celebrate Father's Day on June 21st as the Sizzle Five Mile road race returns to Proctor Park and the Masonic Care Community ! We will be following all city, state, and federal guidelines to hold a safe race for all our participants. We will also be offering a Virtual an option for runners who would prefer to do the 5 mile distance on their own. There will be no refunds or deferrals into 2027. The Summer Sizzle has a long-standing tradition of being a family event. To celebrate Father's Day we will have multiple divisions for families to compete in for special awards and prizes. What do you get? A sweet Summer Sizzle racing singlet* with a new design from our friends at USA Racing! The first 250 registrations (including the kids run) also get a pair of savory sunglasses to keep the sun out of your eyes in style! And stickers! Packet pick-up will be: Saturday, June 20th at the Sneaker Store 12-5 pm Sunday, June 21st at TR Proctor Park from 7:30 am to 8:45 am This is a part of the Utica Roadrunners Four Race Challenge, the UR Grand Prix, and the Club Cup.
