The Spring Thaw 10 Miler and 5K

Spring Thaw 10 Miler & 5K – March 29, 2026 Location: Veteran's Park Choose between a challenging 10-mile distance or a shorter 5K. The 10 mile event starts and finishes at Lake Metroparks Veterans Park and winds through local neighborhoods and the scenic Mentor Lagoons. The 5k Starts and finishes inside Veterans Park. All registered runners receive race swag, aid-station support, and a finisher medal. Awards will be given for top runners and age group awards. Ready to run? Sign up today!
