The Silver Run - 2026

Join us for this years 34th Annual Silver Run with races of various levels — a 2-mile walk or 2-mile run, a 5K run/walk and a 10K run/walk run — people of all fitness levels are encouraged to get moving. Medals will be awarded in seven age divisions for both males and females. Grab a friend or more and start the weekend off with a great run. Participating in the Silver Run is good for the heart in more ways than one. Proceeds make it possible for all to participate in the y and the programs it offers, regardless of financial situation.
