Join us at Tech City in Alachua for the First Annual Safer Schools Initiative 5K for School Safety, a family-friendly race with a powerful purpose. This isn’t just another Saturday afternoon run. Every step you take helps protect the students, teachers, and schools in our community. All race proceeds directly support : ✔️ Placing trauma kits in local schools ✔️ Training teachers and staff on how to use life-saving equipment ✔️ Providing advanced law enforcement training to better prepare officers for school- based emergencies Thanks to the generous support of Okito America, this event will be full of energy, community spirit, and commitment to safer learning environments. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a weekend walker, or a proud supporter of school safety, this race is for YOU.
