The Ritz-Carlton Grande Labor Day Weekend 5K & Yoga Master Class

Our Grande Labor Day Weekend 5K is a walk or fun run family event which you can enjoy while taking in the amazing landscape of our beautiful Grande Lakes resort! The race takes place on the back 9 of our 18-hole championship course inspired by the legendary golf course designer Greg Norman. After the race, replenish your body with champagne or mimosas, assortment of healthy snack options, as well as a stretching and massage by our therapists featuring Theragun. You will also receive an exclusive T-shirt and medal, special goodie bag, and a chance to enter into a raffle for a complimentary massage, a facial, a manicure/pedicure and/or a special gift bag from our Spa partners and more! This race is open to all of our resort's guests and general public. All ages are welcome. We look forward to seeing you on race day! Pricing: Adults $75.00Kids 12 and under $50 Restorative Yoga Master Class After you’ve crossed the finish line, give your body the reset it deserves. Join us for a restorative yoga class designed specifically for runners, focused on deep stretching, breathwork, and recovery. This session will guide you through intentional movement to release tension from the hips, hamstrings, and lower back, while opening the body and nervous system back into balance. We’ll close with a grounding sound bowl meditation, allowing your breath and heartbeat to return to center as you float into stillness under the sky. Pricing: $50.00 Race Instructions Packet pick-up will be on Race Day morning starting at 6:30am prior to the run with the race/walk starting promptly at 7:00am.Parking is complimentary.
