The Harvest Festival's Sugar Rush 5K Saturday, November 1, 2025 The False River Harvest Festival's Sugar Rush 5K and 1 mile is an annual event that promotes healthy and active lifestyles by hosting a road race in the beautiful city of New Roads, Louisiana. This year's Sugar Rush 5K welcomes all ages and physical abilities to participate in the run/walk and celebrate with while supporting a local school! Be sure to stay after the race to enjoy the festival's food, rides, and live music! Registration: Now - September 30th Adults - 5K $25 Ages 5-17 - 5K $20 Adults - 1 mile $20 Ages 5-17 - 1 mile $15 October 1st - October 24th Adults - 5K $30 Ages 5-17 - 5K $25 Adults - 1 mile $25 Ages 5-17 - 1 mile $20 October 25th - Nov 1st (Race Day On-Site Registration) Adults - 5K $35 Ages 5-17 - 5K $30 Adults - 1 mile $30 Ages 5-17 - 1mile $25 *Infants/Toddlers ages 1-4 in strollers are free *T-Shirts are guaranteed if registration is completed by October 15 *The event will occur rain or shine. There will be no refunds if the event is cancelled for extreme circumstances. *The race will be on foot.
