The Black Fly Trail Run

Join us for the fifth annual Black Fly Run & Ride at this stunning location! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or tackling your first race, we’ve got a distance that will challenge and inspire you. Like last year, we’re introducing a 10-mile option for those wanting a bit more than a 5k, giving you the ultimate NEK spring-time experience. When you cross that finish line, you’ll be greeted with cheers and a supportive, inclusive atmosphere. After you’ve refueled with some tasty food, relax and unwind with live music, and enjoy the chance to connect with friends—old and new! Course Desciptions Half Marathon (13ish miles) - Approximately 3,300' of vert. Expect mixed terrain consisting of dirt roads and private trails over two mountain summits on what we think is the best course in Vermont! The half marathon is not a PR course - It's climby and variable depending on the weather & winter snow melt.
