Let's keep the momentum going and make an even bigger impact together! Welcome to the Swim Across America - Boston Open Water Swim! The annual SAA - Boston Swim will be held at Castle Island at Pleasure Bay on Saturday, August 15. We welcome swimmers of all ages and skill levels to help us fight cancer at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute!
