Summer Night Ride & Market

Be a part of our 10th Annual family friendly evening bike ride for all ages starting at the Fairgrounds and touring through the City. Includes a bike rodeo at 7:30 pm & Summer Night Market from 5-9 pm. At the event: * 12+ mile family friendly evening bike ride (also 4 mile Family Ride option) * Finisher Medal for FIRST 200 to sign up! * FREE Kids' Bike Helmets (while supplies last) from Loopy Cases. See details below. * Hometown Nite Market from 5-9 PM with artisan vendors, live music, great food & craft drinks. * Bike Rodeo for the kids (12 & under) to test their skills at 7:30 pm. Prizes for "Best Decorated/Lighted Bike(s)" Free Bike Helmet Giveaway! Loopy Cases wants to keep kids safe. Starting at 5 pm, they will be giving away 100 FREE kids bike helmets on a first-come, first-served basis from their booth at the Hometown Summer Night Market. Quantities and sizes are limited. Any kid who misses out on a helmet will be able to get a free reflective slap bracelet and stickers. Cost: Adults: $25. Ages 3-12: $20. Free entry for kids being pulled in a trailer or with Mom/Dad on back of bike. Shirts extra cost of $16 thru June 1st. Helmets, lights & reflective wear strongly encouraged. Get BACK $20! FREE bike check ($50 value) & bike decorating station. 5:30 - 8:30 pm - Live music, great food & craft drinks. 7:30 - 8:30 pm - Sign in for Nite Ride. FREE bike check offered by Trek Schererville 7:30 pm - Bike Rodeo presented by Region Composite. 8:00 pm – “Best Decorated Bike” Contest & National Anthem 8:30p – Nite Ride starts.
