Strides for Life 5K

Join us for the 10th Annual Strides for Life 5K to strengthen support, education and recognition of organ, eye and tissue donation in west central Ohio. We aim to stomp out the waiting list one stride at a time, and we honor those who gave the gift of life every step of the way. The event, hosted by Life Connection of Ohio, Solvita and Lions Eye Bank of West Central Ohio, will feature an in-person 5K run/walk, a virtual 5K run/walk and a Kids' Fun Run. Awards: Overall male and female plus the top 3 males/females in each category: 9 and under, 10-14,15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80 plus. This year’s giveaway for the 5K and Virtual 5K is a Port and Company fleece crewneck sweatshirt and a finisher dog tag. There will also be a giveaway for the Kids' Fun Run. Packet pickup will be Wednesday, April 22, and Thursday, April 23, from 10 AM – 2 PM and 4 PM – 7 PM at Life Connection of Ohio (2800 Donation Circle, Kettering, OH 45420).
