ELGIN UNITED A 5K for Mental Health Awareness & Community Connection It is a 5k event that will help build new connections by bringing together people from different backgrounds and promoting a sense of unity and support. Our faith-based mental health awareness 5K will have a positive impact on the quality of life of Elgin's residents by raising awareness, encouraging physical activity, building connections, supporting businesses, and providing resources and education.
