Start Strong Stay Strong 5k

Start Strong Stay Strong is the Centered Foundation’s second annual 5k to Inspire Health and Enhance Lives. This family-friendly run/walk and kids 1-Mile will help support our mission to provide youth and families the opportunity to enhance their health through education, scholarships, and community engagement. Our programs are designed to promote healthy habits, elevate physical and mental fitness, and build a stronger community. We welcomed 120 participants for our first annual 5k and hope to grow this event this year! Join us on this journey to fuel the future and build a healthier future! This is a family-friendly event. Dogs and Strollers are Welcome. Registrations received by March 7 include a long-sleeve t-shirt. Registration will remain open after March 7, but you are not guaranteed a shirt with your entry.
