Spring Fling 5k Run/Walk

Join us for the fourth annual, 80's Rewind themed Spring Fling 5k Run/Walk hosted by the Wichita Falls Runners Club on Saturday, May 2, 2026 for a fun outdoor family experience! Due to the repeated flooding the previous 2 years at Lucy Park, this event is being permanently relocated to Hamilton Park. This out-and-back course starts at the Hamilton Park Pavilion and winds along a fully paved, 10ft wide trail adjacent to Holliday creek and Weeks Park. Race Day Schedule 7:00am: Packet pickup begins 7:45am: Last registrations are accepted 7:50am: Participants line up 8:00am: 5k commences 10:00am: Event ends This is a self-timed event. We hope to bring back the ability to provide professional timing for our future events.
