Spillway Classic Trail Run

Sunday, July 12, 2026 Come conquer "The Gauntlet" at the 39th Annual Spillway Classic Trail Run! This is an off-road 3-Mile event with a course that evolves with the ecosystem and natural trails through the Bonnet Carre Spillway. Participants are encouraged to use caution when participating, and to expect muddy / wet conditions that may vary depending on the weather in weeks and days leading up to the event. 7:00 am - Packet Pickup Opens 8:00 am - Start of 3 Mile Trail Run 9:30 am - Award Ceremony (subject to change) Post-race refreshments for registered participants include beer from Crescent Crown Distributing, Elmer's Chee-Wees, Baker Maid sweets, Jambalaya Girl, and Kentwood Springs. The Spillway Classic Trail Run is open to all runners and walkers of all speeds, New Orleans Track Club members and nonmembers alike.
