Spectrum for Living - Michael B. Carpenter 5K, Walk & Doggie Dash

Come out and support Spectrum for Living at our Michael B. Carpenter 5K, Walk & Doggie Dash, benefiting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities! This exciting 5K event will take place at Overpeck Park (Ridgefield Park Area III), featuring a USATF Certified Course. Registration opens at 8:30 AM, with the race starting at 10:00 AM. Awards and lunch will follow around 11:00 AM. The race kicks off near the amphitheater, where parking is available. If you’re coming from Challenger Road, the amphitheater and great lawn will be on your right. Everyone is welcome to run, walk, or roll through the park with or without your dog. Just make sure your dog is leashed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and well-behaved with people and other dogs. Pre-registration is encouraged, but day-of registration will also be available. Sign up by April 2nd to guarantee your event t-shirt! Take advantage of our Early-Bird Rate: $35 through April 2nd, 12:00 PM. Day-of registration: $40, starting at 8:30 AM. All Spectrum for Living Clients are free! Residential clients will be signed up through their Group Home.
