She Tris Sprint Triathlon all women events, formerly known in North Carolina as Ramblin' Rose, are designed for women of all skill levels, ages, and backgrounds to experience triathlons in an encouraging environment. Join us at all our events in South Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Charlotte (Huntersville), Mt. Pleasant (SC), and Summerville (SC). Course Distance: 250 METER SWIM – 8 MILE BIKE – 2 MILE RUN When you sign up for a She Tris event you receive: Complimentary training plan Informative clinics Group support during your training Approachable distances (including a pool swim) She Tris tank Finish line photos Finishers keepsake Swim: The swim takes place in the beautiful outdoor pool at the Clemmons West Recreational Association. Participants will exit the pool area to the transition area, located in the grass fields just outside of the pool area. Bike: This 1-loop bike course will take athletes onto quiet suburban streets and give a sense of wide open road riding just minutes from downtown Winston-Salem. Yes, there are hills, but you can do this! Run: The run course will take place on the paved neighborhood streets of the Clemmons West neighborhood and will out and back in nature. There will be an aid station serving water at the turnaround. The great thing is that you’ll be able to share the energy with your fellow athletes as you approach the finish line! Finish line party: Celebrate with your family and friends and take in your accomplishment! *Triathlon, aquathlon, and triathlon relay options available. Aquathlon is simply swim and run. This is a great introduction into multisport. No worry about biking and great for daughters to participate with mom, aunt or grandma! The mission of She Tris is to create a welcoming and supportive triathlon environment for women and girls who want to complete a triathlon, regardless of their level of experience. By tackling the challenge of triathlon, we believe our participants will feel empowered to take on other challenges in life, be it personal or professional, and that the impact of She Tris will reach beyond the finish line into the lives of these women and those they influence along the way. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT She Tris requires youth participants to be a minimum of 10 years of age on 12/31/24.
