WELCOME! Your journey starts here. She Tris Sprint Triathlon, brings you our first all women's RUN only event! She Tris events are designed for women of all skill levels, ages and backgrounds to experience endurance events in an encouraging environment. Join us at all our events in 2025 in the following cities: Mount Pleasant (SC), South Charlotte (NC), Chapel Hill (NC), and Summerville (SC), Huntersville (NC) and Winterville (NC). Runners will run through the scenic Clemmons West neighborhood while singing and dancing through musical decades. When you sign up for a She Runs you receive: Group support during your training She Tris swag Finishers keepsake Course Distance: 1 MILE FUN RUN/ 5 MILE RUN (still fun, just longer than a mile *bring your friends and make a team or dress in your best musical era and make a new friend! Best Team Spirit will be awarded to the individual and team that’s the most decorated, encouraging, and fun! Finish line party: Celebrate with your family and friends and take in your accomplishment! VIRTUAL OPTION Complete the run distance anywhere anytime on April 26, 2025. Virtual participants can upload their times, but they will not be included in awards. A finisher certificate will be available for download. All virtual participants may choose to pick up their packets locally or they will be mailed in early April. Times should be submitted by 11:59 pm on April 26th. The mission of She Tris is to create a welcoming and supportive environment for women and girls who want to complete a run or triathlon, regardless of their level of experience. By tackling the challenge of triathlon, we believe our participants will feel empowered to take on other challenges in life, be it personal or professional, and that the impact of She Tris will reach beyond the finish line into the lives of these women and those they influence along the way.
