Come run, walk, stroll, or crawl with us through Seward Park and along South Lake Washington Boulevard, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of cherry blossoms. MARCH 22: 5K & 10KMARCH 23: HALF-MARATHON Please note 2025 will offer 5K, 10K, and Half-Marathon runs. There will be no Marathon in 2025, but we are pushing hard for 2026! Seward Park is where Seattle’s cherry blossom story began. Back in 1929, it became home to the city’s first cherry trees—a gift from Japan symbolizing friendship. This year’s route is packed with incredible views of these iconic blooms. The half marathon stretches along Lake Washington, while the 5k and 10k wind through the park’s lush, scenic paths.
