RunVermont's Memorial Day Weekend Youth Events

Come join us for a fun-filled morning of running and excitement as RunVermont hosts the Vermont City Two Mile and the Mini Marathon at Waterfront Park in Burlington on Saturday, May 24, 2025. Youth ages 4 to 14 can come and share in the marathon excitement on the day prior to the M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon & Relay. The Vermont City Two Mile will kick off the entire weekend of events and give youth ages 9 to 14 the opportunity to participate in a timed two mile run that will include awards for the top finishers (M/F/NB). Distances for the Mini Marathon include both the Half-Mile and 1-Mile Fun Runs. The first 400 Mini Marathon and first 100 Vermont City Two Mile participants to pick up their bibs will receive a t-shirt (tie dye cotton for Mini Marathon and technical wicking for Vermont City Two Mile).
