Running Free Glow Run

Come join us for a Glow Run in the Park!! We will be offering a 5k Fun Run and a 1-mile Fun Run. Benefits go to Running Free, a running program inside the Topeka Correctional Facility for women. Through running, this organization provides an opportunity for the ladies to grow mentally, emotionally, and physically. They develop a healthy lifestyle, build self-esteem, break chains of addiction and improve overall health, while experiencing positive fellowship and giving back to society by organizing and participating in races for local organizations.
