Run, Turkey, Run! 5K/1 Mile

Event will be limited to 1200 registrations!! Register early!!! Race info Join us Thanksgiving morning at the Annual Run, Turkey, Run! Run or Walk a 5K or 1.25 course. After your run enjoy some time with your family and play some fun games for a chance to win a prizes (while supplies last). This event is family friendly. Bring the whole family out for this fun, family-friendly event! (No pets please.) This year Run, Turkey, Run! is giving back to the community, we have partnered with the ________ and we will be collecting any of the following items that will be donated to ______. Baby food Canned food Diapers Socks/underwear Pet food/Pet toys Any hygiene products (tooth paste, soap, deodorant etc.) Clothing or blankets If you would like to participate in this year's event you must agree to bring any one item from the above list to on race day or at packet pickup. 5K Racer Amenities Finisher medals to 5K finishers Race shirts guaranteed for all per-registered participants (T-shirt guarantee if registered by 11/18) Post-race refreshments 1.25 Mile Racer Amenities Finisher medals Post-race refreshments Schedule Monday November 24 and Tuesday November 25 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 pm Packet pickup Thursday, November 27 7:00 a.m. Packet pickup and late registration opens 8:30 a.m. 5K Run begins 8:40 a.m. 1.25 Mile Run/Walk begins 9:20 a.m. 5K Awards presentation Race Timing This race will be chip timed using disposable chip technology by RFID Timing. Timing chips are on the reverse side of your race number. Race numbers should be worn the correct way up, pinned to the front of your shirt and worn over your belly button. Results will be available live at the results kiosk on a big screen TV.
