Run in the Park 5K - to benefit the Milford Rotary and the Beth-El Center

Welcome to the Milford Rotary, Run in the Park, 5K - a Trail Run/Walk/Hike. Enjoy this adventure, with the whole family (including your dog), or a team, in Milford's beautiful Eisenhower Park and help support the Milford Rotary and Beth-El Center for the homeless! The Milford Rotary raises money for the local community, people in need and college scholarships. The course is a High School Cross Country course and is for all abilities of runners, walkers and hikers. Mostly flat, some rolling hills and scenic! The course starts and finishes in Eisenhower Park. You can run fast, or slow or walk, comfortably, at any pace. Enjoy! T-Shirts are guaranteed to the first 100 adults.
