RiverBOO! Park 5K

The RiverBOO! Park 5K takes place in the hidden gem that is Riverview Park on Pittsburgh's Northside. This unique sunset run/ walk takes participants through the beautiful, scenic park, complete with a trip around the Allegheny Observatory on Observatory Hill. The course completes with a challenge as the final mile is almost all uphill! The RiverBOO! Park 5K is presented by the City of Pittsburgh Office of Special Events. It is a family friendly event including a costume contest for youth ages 0-15, and special seasonal activities sponsored by community partners. NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSURE: Due to landslide remediation through NOVEMBER, RIVERVIEW AVE will be restricted with partial road closures along the racecourse to vehicles trying to park from PERRYSVILLE AVE. To ease parking for residents along Riverview Ave, Race Coordinators suggest entering the park from Mairdale Street and Riverview Drive (WOODS RUN SIDE OF THE PARK). *Shirts available to the first 200 registrants.
