Rise and Rebuild 5K Run / Walk

Join us in our mission to restore our clinic and continue serving those in need. Together, we can make a difference!We are excited to announce our fourth annual 5K for the Free Clinic! In previous years, this event has successfully raised funds for colon cancer awareness, education, and screenings. Unfortunately, this past Christmas, our clinic building suffered extensive smoke damage due to a nearby fire.As we work to RISE and REBUILD, we are pivoting our efforts to ensure our patients continue to receive care at alternative locations. This year, our 5K will focus on raising funds to rebuild our Main Street location, so we can resume providing essential medical and dental services to our underinsured community.The FREE CLINIC OF CENTRAL VIRGINIAThe mission of the Free Clinic of Central Virginia is to ensure high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive healthcare for every member of our community. We fulfill this mission by providing high-quality medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, and health education services to those in Central Virginia who do not have the resources to obtain these essential healthcare services. We are not funded by the government but instead we are funded by our community and largely run by volunteers that are passionate about serving others. We are here for you.
