REACH for Uganda Global Strides 5K

REACH for Uganda is committed to creating healthy, educated, and hope-filled communities in rural eastern Uganda. Our cohesive programs function as building blocks that give both our students and these communities their best chances for sustainable successes. Through our programs, REACH can be an agent for sustainable transformation. We believe that our dedicated students and these vibrant communities can accomplish amazing things and hope both to inspire and strongly support the brightest vision for their future! The Global Strides 5K is a five kilometer (3.1 mile) race held on a USTF certified course on Arlington County parkland. The course is a mostly flat, out-and-back route held on the W&OD and Four Mile Run trails. The race will start at 9:00 AM near the south parking area in Bluemont Park, Arlington on Sunday, April 26th, 2026. A shorter, children’s race will also be held for participants age 10 and under.
