SAGE Upstate Pride 5k

The Pride 5k , formerly known as the CNY Gay 5K, will be held on June 6, 2026. The new name is inclusive of everyone in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer communities, and our Allies. 100% of the proceeds from the Pride 5k stay in our local community. Funds raised go to SAGE Upstate programs which reduce isolation and improve health for older LGBTQ people. ENTRY FEE - Online registration will be closing on Monday, June 1 Pride 5k Run/Walk: March 1 - March 15 for $30 March 16 - June 1 for $35 (12 & under $15) ***Must be registered by May 18 to guarantee a t-shirt*** Race Day : $40 - Race day registration is available Virtual: $45 includes postage for mailing t-shirts You can also register a group!
