Power Mile Road Race

The Power Mile Road Race is the premier road mile in the Gulf South. Over the past three years, the Power Mile has raised over $20,000 for charity. Each year we bring more than 500 participants, volunteers, and spectators to the West End Point to enjoy the race and festivities. The Power Mile is changing the location to West End Point in 2026! The course is flat, fast, and enjoyable for both runners and spectators alike. Enjoy beautiful sunset views, food, and a frosty beverage post-race along Lake Pontchartrain. Back by popular demand....sub-7 minute race posters! That's right...run under 7 minutes in the mile and you can take home our official race poster - you earned it! Let's run it back!
