This iconic 1.5-mile swim around Popoia Island (Flat Island), located off Kailua Beach on the windward side of Oʻahu, offers a beautiful blend of scenic swimming and open-water adventure. If you’re looking for a shorter option, the 0.5-mile buoy swim is a great choice for those who prefer a more relaxed distance while still enjoying the fun and energy of race day.
