The Opening Day 4 miler is a baseball-themed race through the heart of historic Tremont, produced by Run The Land to celebrate Cleveland baseball’s Opening Day while benefiting the community work of Tremont West. Designed to capture the spirit and excitement of Opening Day, runners will take to the Towpath Trail, wind through Tremont’s iconic streets, and cross the finish line at a festive post-race celebration hosted by Mosaic Brewing. Expect ballpark-inspired food, locally brewed beer, and a true neighborhood block-party vibe. Whether you’re racing hard or jogging it in with friends, this event is all about community, celebration, and starting the baseball season the right way. Race Details: Distance: 4 Miler (Baseball-themed!) Course Theme: Mile 1 – 1st Base Mile 2 – 2nd Base Mile 3 – 3rd Base Mile 4 – Home Plate Special Feature: At the halfway point, runners will run the bases at Clark Field Park Course Map: Post-Race Celebration After crossing the finish line, stick around for a post-race block party between W. 7th Place and W. 10th Street, designed to minimize neighborhood impact while maximizing fun.
