New River Trail Races

The New River Trail 50k and 25k are 100% dirt, flat, and entirely along the New River and Chestnut Creek in the New River Trail State Park. 8:00 am start time for the 50k and 9:00 am start time for the 25k with a 3:00 pm cutoff. An early start at 7:10 am will be offered for runners who feel that they will need more than 7 hours to complete the race. Homemade soup lunch for all runners and their supporters.
