Muddy Crudd's Ultra Trail Party

12 hour and 6 hour events for those of you wanting to test your limits or break into the Ultra scene in a super supportive environment. Full aid station and ultra experienced volunteers want to help you push past your previous thresholds and achieve more than you ever thought you would. It brings us true joy to see you succeed. 5K/10K 3.1 or 6.2 mile course along the river for those of you that want a traditional distance with a trail run feel. Come walk or run as fast or as slow as you would like and hang around to cheer on the crazies doing the timed events. Ice Cream Mile Come run a mile while consuming 4 frosty treats. Runners will start by consuming their choice of one of 3 icy delights. Then at each quarter mile stop to enjoy another. Finish the race as fast as you can while hopefully keeping all that frosty goodness down.
