Moorpark Groundhog Day 5k/1M

Benefiting Moorpark High School’s cross country and track programs, the Groundhog Day event consists of two events. Starting at the high school, the 5k is a fast, chip timed road race with an exciting finish at the beautiful Moorpark High School stadium. All ages and abilities are welcome. All participants age 11 and under who complete the 5k will received a finisher medal. There will also be a “Catch the Groundhog” 1 mile fun run for kids 11 and under which will be held on the track with finisher medals for all. Registration fees include a t-shirt for all runners (shirts are only guaranteed if you register by Sunday 1/25/26). Post-race festivities include the awards ceremony with age group medals plus refreshments, vendors, and a raffle of wonderful prizes donated by local businesses.
